The mineral, Zinc is very essential to our body.

Zinc is vital to immune system,by minimal use of proteins, to boost required enzymes.  Zinc in the body acts with thousands of proteins to keep our body functions properly.We can say Zinc work as a governor to our immune system. It also act as a commutator between cells.

For healthy growth  in  children, and quick healing of wounds, Zinc is a must.

Zinc is a must to our brain - to think, learn,and keep it memory and and to collect it.  whenever we needs.

Deficiency of Zinc will lead to neurological problems too.

Zinc is good for eye and vision.  It protects from night blindness.For skin too its needed.  skin diseases like eczema are symbols of deficiency of Zinc. Zinc is very much needed for healthy bones.

  

Almost all green leafy vegetable are enriched with Zinc.Nuts like  Peanuts, Almonds have Zinc.Beans, Mushrooms and Garlic are also enriched with Zinc.
