Depends up on the contents, all foods will act either positive or negative to the immune system.

knowing this if we carefully takes the right food, it will sustain/regain our natural ability to resist deceases.

 Of course, exercise is also required, those who are not physically hard working.

Add more vegetables , fruits in diet. Avoid non-veg, too fried items, alcohol, smoking etc.Every drop of unwanted food is a  toxin which will hammer our resistive power. Similarly, a right food boost our immune power.

Foods which have antioxidants and Adaptogen  will support very strongly our defends mechanism. Mushrooms, Garlic, Green tea, Basil(thulsi), Cinnamon, ginseng and Aswaganda  contains more Adaptogen. carbohydrate gives us energy for working muscles, giving  fuel for the central nervous system. Protein also gives us gives us energy, but we want preserve protein for other actions.


 Proteins break down into amino acids that promote cell growth and repair. break down into amino acids.  Proteins also take longer to digest than carbohydrates, helping you feel fuller

 Adults needs at least 0.8g of  protein per kilogram  of body weight per day.

Fats are good nutrient that we gets from our food. The fats provides energy that is needed to work properly. During the physical works ,body uses calories from carbohydrates, then it turns to fat to keep you going.
