The digestive system is a set of organs which converts food into energy and  nutrients which are must for the   entire function of body. After this, body eliminates unused waste material. Up to a limit liver and kidney can remove harming chemicals. But sometimes unwanted,undigested  parts are not eliminated, which rest in digestion system. That  will become harmful for us.This is the starting point of every deceases. 

If our digestion  system is working normally, immune system will be healthy.When it weakens, every system weakens. So,its important, eat for body not for taste.

Adding foods like lemon, garlic, avocado, green tea, basil, any leafy greens, mushrooms  can clean the digestive system.

Ways To Improve Immune Power

  All living beings have their natural Power to resist the microorganisms  responsible for deceases.  There are various types of immune cells always ready to protect us at all times.If they fails to any organisms, deceases appears. Reason for the failure  immune cells are only us- we are weakening them  by taking toxins. The food, in order to get more taste, we fry/adds unwanted items, thus looses its nutrients. The food becomes more complicated to digest. Now the normal hormone production balance changes. More digestion juices have to be produced. Liver,kidney have to work more in order to remove toxins. Thus primary importance  shifts to digestion system and kidney. Energy flow to immune cell weakens/ production reduces. This we becomes victim of our actions.

Now bringing back to normal stage, hormone production has to be balanced .Food must be controlled. Simple foods  like fruits, vegetables, and whole grains will be good. we can include  Soya bean Mushrooms,Garlic also.These are very good to normalize hormones.  Avoid  smoking and drinking alcohols. Start at least have half an hour walk, as an exercise.

 Isoflavones, act as a  antioxidant is also good for immune system. The fats in Soya, omega 3 and 6  reduces  cholesterol levels. Proteins are essential to  keep  health at all stages of development.
