The Valuable Garlic To Prevent Cancer


Each and every clove of Onion is not only good for  flavour, but also have  medicinal properties. Its well known fact that the  sulphur - containing compound, Allicin,  in  garlic has highly anti-bactirial and anti-fungal properties. Garlic keep the digestive system clean by flushing out toxins. It also purifies blood.


Even though eating cooked garlic is good for health, uncooked garlic has more capacity  to prevent cancer.

By purifying blood, it prevents cardiovascular problems too.


 Garlic is an excellent source  for  both vitamins C and B6.  Vitamin C is veryimportant in construction and maintenance of cell walls, especially in the connective tissues,skins ,  bones, gums and teeth. Vitamin C is a good antioxidant in the body, for  reducing  the levels of harmful chemical agents called free radicals.


 Vitamin B6, is a must for  the proper function of the nervous system, for the formation of  red blood cell, proper hormone activity and nucleic acid production.
