Breathing Technique

Breathing technique is very much associated with yoga practices.
Procedure is like this: Lie down on our back comfortably.
Close our  eyes. Take few relaxed  breaths.Check our body
- one by one,legs hands, body, head ...If feels any discomfort in
any part, adjust our lying position.Now bring our attention to breath.
Simply listen breathing inside and outside. Do not add or short. Listen
lungs takes and leaves air as per its wants.Let it.Its natural our attention
may/will divert to thoughts. Bring back attention. Do this for 10 minutes.

Benefits: Body mind relaxes.All glands in our body tends to work normally.
Removes toxin in our body.Improves cognitive power.
