White and Green Tea :    Origin of the  Tea plant (Camellia sinensis) is China but  now a days its  very  popular around the world. It  is using  for a feeling of easiness.

Tea taste varies depending on the soil and climate. It also changes according to the procedure of making  too.

There are so many types of tea. Mainly five types.


1) Black tea which is fully oxidized( fermentation ) and so color is dark, strong , reddish-brown but naturally looses its antioxidants fully.

2) Oolong tea  is semi oxidized in the procedure to get a special  flavor and aroma, and so looses partially its antioxidants.

3) Green tea is very less oxidized, so tea taste will be lightly grassy with  green or light yellow color.  It have almost all antioxidants.

4) White tea is not at all oxidized. Its is  making from very small leaves and white down, which appears  on the tender shoots of plant, with rich in antioxidants.


5)  Pu-erh tea is naturally oxidized taking so many days to prepare  - don't have antioxidants but rich in taste and aroma.This was the Royal kings used to drink.



  Powerful antioxidants in green and white tea can improve brain function. Good for students.


It can lower cholesterol.It can reduce blood sugar levels.Its good for weight loss.


 It  can protect against cancer;will improve brain function, it will even slow brain aging.


 It reduces the risk of both Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease. After all both White and Green tea purifies blood and gives over all health.
