Regular use of papaya reduces constipation problems,
Increases digestion power.( when digestive  system get cleared,naturally
blood purifies itself.)  
Use of papaya is good for healthy  eye and skin.
Have it once in 2or 3 days. Sure, our natural  power to resist   deceases increases.
