Benefits of fruits.

Orange : is the fruit having vitamin C and B6.Its rich  in magnesium and hesperidin .Also contains Dietary fiber.
Orange reduces Blood pressure and   acidity in stomach. Its rich in antioxidant;  strengthens our immune system.
More over it refreshes brain,thus very good for students.
The World Health Organization's recent report says that a diet that citrus fruits  offers protection against cardiovascular disease.
